Kabuli Mexico
Kabuli, or "Chickpeas" in English, is a type of legume that originated in the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions, but is now widely cultivated around the world. One of the most notable places where kabuli is grown is in Mexico. Kabuli in Mexico is commonly used in traditional Mexican dishes such as tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. It is often used as a protein-rich filling for these dishes, as well as in soups, stews, and salads. Kabuli is also used to make hummus, a popular dip made with chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic.
